ITH Seeking Bids for New Airport Terminal Café Operator
Ithaca Tompkins International Airport (ITH) is inviting local restaurants, food service businesses, and interested vendors to submit bids to operate the café in the airport terminal.
ITH is looking for a new partner to provide quality food and beverage service to travelers, airport employees, and visitors while enhancing the overall airport experience.
The airport welcomes proposals from established restaurants, cafés, and other food service operators interested in bringing their offerings to ITH.
Opportunity Details
The selected vendor will operate the terminal café, with a focus on providing convenient food and beverage options that align with the airport's flight schedules and passenger needs.
Proposals should include:
Proposed hours of operation, with an emphasis on serving departing passengers
Staffing plans
Types of food and beverages offered
Overall vision for the café operation
In addition to seeking a café operator, ITH is also accepting bids from vending companies interested in providing fresh food and coffee options during hours when the café is not operating.
The airport encourages participation from local small businesses and certified Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBEs).
