East Hill Flying Club Pancake Breakfast Returns for Airport Day & Preparedness Expo

Start your Airport Day with breakfast at ITH! The East Hill Flying Club Pancake Breakfast will be part of the 2026 Airport Day & Preparedness Expo on Saturday, September 19 at Ithaca Tompkins International Airport.

The pancake breakfast is a longtime local favorite and a great way to kick off a morning of aviation and family fun at the airport. Enjoy breakfast while checking out aircraft, meeting members of the local aviation community, and experiencing everything Airport Day has to offer.

The Airport Day & Preparedness Expo runs from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and will feature the Runway 5K, aircraft and emergency vehicle displays, Citizen Preparedness Corps Training, Whiskey 7 scenic flights, family activities, vendors, and more.
